2. With precise extrusion process control, the extrusion outer diameter error can be controlled within ±0.01mm.

3. Continuous pay-off with double barrels without stopping the machine not only improves the production efficiency, but also reduces the waste of raw materials when the machine is stopped for threading.

4. It can be equipped with mobile horizontal extrusion machine or other forms of machine to meet the technical requirements of single-injection, double-injection and nylon co-extrusion.

5. An optional quick color change system can be used to change the color of the skin without stopping the machine, thereby reducing the scrap rate and improving work efficiency.

6. According to different process requirements, it can be equipped with computer automatic rocking plate coating machine, double-axis automatic shaft-changing wire take-up machine, ordinary double-axis semi-automatic wire take-up machine and simple loop forming machine, etc.
